Breaking News: Hemp Industry Legal in Hawaii

Governor Ige signs Senate Bill 2659

Senate bill 2659 – part of Act 228, instructs the Hawaii Dept. of Ag. to create a pilot program establishing for the lawful cultivation and distribution of industrial hemp in Hawaii!

This is great news and a big step forward for the Hemp industry in America. The initial focus of the Hemp pilot program looks to be on agricultural uses for Hemp industry, including biofuels and toxin removal. Given the recent clinical findings on the effectiveness of cannabidiol (CBD) on epilepsy and other neurological disorders, its likely that research into potential medical uses of CBD Hemp Oil will also be explored. “Make the most you can of the Indian Hemp seed and sow it everywhere.”
– George Washington, U.S. President

Congratulations Hawaii!
